A consultant in criminal law, tax law and international protection of human rights, with specific experience in drafting appeals before the European Court of Human Rights. He is a member of the Criminal Procedure Commission (Support Structure Group for studies and providing opinions on legislative proposals), of the Council of the Rome Bar Association. He is the author of several collective works and collaborates with leading scientific journals on criminal law and procedure and public law.
Teacher. He boasts in-depth training in airport Security and detailed knowledge of the CBT (Computer Based-Training) “EAGLES” system for training Aspiring Security Operators. He is in charge of training and qualification for the provision of Courses for managing emergencies in Airports. An expert in explosives and a trainer for Aspiring Security Operators with IED and EED dummies. An expert in training to obtain certifications for screeners, regulated agents, known senders, on-board and airport suppliers, airport staff, transporters, dangerous goods.
Teacher. For over twenty years he has coached dog handlers and trainers for training EDD teams. An expert in Screening methodology with EDD teams for vehicles, goods, supplies, catering and provisions and on-board material. Team Leader for anti-sabotage and prevention services, in collaboration with the ROS special department of the Carabinieri at the G8 in L'Aquila and at other sensitive sites in Italy and abroad. Experimental training with canine units in cooperation with the Italian Air Force Dog Centre, Grosseto airport.
Teacher. A retired Senior Inspector of the Italian State Police, ENAC Certified Security Instructor (#152 national list), Security Advisor and Safety Advisor. He boasts a commendable service role in the State Police with assignments in Italy and at the Europol Headquarters in the Netherlands. Among his various and multiple skills, we can mention his training experiences at the Vesta Campus in Antwerp in Belgium (terrorist attacks with radioactive material), at the FBI Headquarters in Quantico, US (practice on improvised explosives), at the Spanish Centre of Excellence Counter IED (TEDAX) in Madrid (improvised and liquid explosives).
